Happy Valentine Day!

So tired, so much fun. That was my day. I made valentines cookies for our daughter & her boyfriend. Think they turned out kinda cool. and I have lots of dough left to make more for us, hehe. I think this huge batch will last a couple days.

Lots Of News

Doing a happy dance here in my little corner. I am finished with the children's writing course,
it was lots of work & some fun too! I am thinking of taking the advanced program, but for now i am happy.
It's gonna be fun deciding where to hang my diploma, hehe.
I want to also send out a big hug & thanks to these ladies who have sent me packages of wonderful

findings for creating more atc's for swaps too! There is just to much stuff for pictures, my little

computer would have heart failure, hehe.

Cracked Up

My foot, that is. Now you didn't think I was gonna tell you I cracked up, I hope?
Yea, ok hehe. Last week I sprained my foot bad hitting it on a heavy chair, OMG did it hurt like hell! I have never broken anything, but this was just nasty. Don't ever want to. So, anyway, I have been sitting around the last week doing pretty much nothing. Hobbling around like an old cripple. I have been working on a new woven bag to pass some of the time. This one is gonna be lined, a little different then the small ones I did. If you want to see it, it's gonna be on my fiber arts blog, so check out the link. Not much else going on this week.

Cake!

Isn't that what it's all about? Hehe. Got up this A.M. & had all sorts of nice stuff
going on. First I got two envies from two of my atc swap pals. Thanks Lisa P and
Marj S! Love them! Then I got some movies from hubby and son, amoung them Tom Selleck
and a Robert Duvall ! Got roses, and the funniest card with cute hammie on front, and
it plays The Hamster Dance! What a riot!
This weekend has been lots of fun!

Party!

Yea, I know my b-day isn't till tomorrow, but we partied tonite anyway.
Daughter came over with cake, and postcards (yaaay!) for me! We ordered a ton of
chinese food and had a regular feast, hehe! Then it started raining like crazy, so she
had to drive home in that. Now I have all the little cool findings from our fortune
cookies packages to make up some atc cards to put up on my fiber arts blog. They will
turn up in the next couple days, hehe.

Over all it was a great evening.

Update and revision

Just an update on David, not much to say about it right now, got a couple more squares

done. I still have to decide what it is going to be when finished. Also, I have

decided to revise my project list for 2010. It is to vague to really make much sense

of it, so I'm going to name specific projects to do. They will not all be cross stitch

items. Hopefully some of them will get done (haha).

Progress on David

Well, I worked on it for awhile tonite, and I think I made good progress. I stabbed my finger about a dozen times, I swear, that little needle hurts like bloody hell. I'm surprised I'm not on the floor bleeding to death, lol. I think I deserve a purple heart, or somthing. I am happy with it.

Changing the subject a bit, I cleaned my little piggies house tonite, then she decided to run under the table and not come out. Little brat. So, guess who had to crawl under the table to get her. Hmm, I wonder...

Hehe, I should'nt complain, we all love her to bits, and wouldn't have it any other way. Hubby works tonite, then has five days off. Yippee!
